Hello all and here is today's featured meditation. This mini meditation was the first one I wrote. I created it one the spot for an individual I was working with. They were very upset while they were at work and I needed something that would help to calm them down as fast as possible. After seeing how helpful this was for my person, I decided to come up with some more minis.
The idea with this meditation is to imagine the intruding thoughts as dark clouds that will be melted away with positive thoughts in the form of sunshine. Some imaginative elements: Think about what the clouds look like. Are you standing or sitting? Is there a cold wind when the clouds are filling your mind? How warm does it get when the sun is fully out? What does the sunlight look like? I hope you enjoy this mini meditation. Please comment below what imaginative elements you added to the meditation.
