Hello all and here is today's featured meditation. This mini meditation is for the collectors of snow globes out there. I used to collect snow globes when I was younger and that's my inspiration for this one today. Not really much more to say about this meditation, so please enjoy!!
The idea with this meditation is to imagine that the intruding thoughts and emotions cause the snow globe to shake, making the snow swirl every where. In order to calm the snow, you must calm your thoughts and emotions. Some imaginative elements: What does your snow globe look like? What does the snow look like? What is in the snow globe with you? What do you see outside the globe when the snow is calm? I hope you enjoy this mini meditation. Please comment below what imaginative elements you added to the meditation.
