It's that day again!! Featured meditation time!! Sometimes I feel like I'm trying to work my way through a maze when I'm really stressed out. When I have these moments, I just feel like busting through the maze so I can stop feeling stressed. That's the inspiration behind this meditation.
The idea behind this meditation is to imagine your stress or frustration as walls of glass that you just bust through. If you are the type of person who feels like the way I do sometimes, then this will be a great meditation for you. Some imaginative elements: What does the glass look like? How many glass walls do you break through? Are you outside or in? What does the baseball bat look like? How heavy is the baseball bat? I hope you enjoy this mini meditation.
