This mini meditation was written along the same lines as the Breaking Through meditation. With this one though, my inspiration comes from some of the places where you get to just smash plates. I have never tried this before, but find the concept to be very interesting and could see it being therapeutic, in a weird way. The idea behind this one is that each stress or frustration represents a plate in your mind and you now how the chance to smash it.
Some imaginative elements: How big is the room you are in? What does the room look like? What do the plates look like? What do the balls look like? How do the plates break apart?
