This mini meditation was written with the idea that people do like pop things, balloons being one of the things people probably pop most (zits not included in this). The idea behind this meditation is to put all of your intruding thoughts and emotions into the balloon and then pop it.
Some imaginative elements: What does the balloon look like? How fast does the balloon fill up? What are you using to pop the balloon? What happens to the balloon after it pops?
